KidzBeat

Join us Saturday from 1–5 pm in City Lot 56 at the south end of Turner Street.  The KidzBeat area offers interactive activities for kids of all ages, all free of charge.

Arts activities:  Face painting provided by MICA Gallery.  MSU’s Broad Art Museum invites kids  to work on unique projects related to the museum.  In the booth of Capital Area District Libraries you can learn how to use just a few household supplies to make and decorate your own instrument — a “Paper Plate Shaker” — then take it with you for fun now and later!

Music activities:  Thanks to Marshall Music, budding rock/blues musicians can try playing electric bass and guitar under the guidance of knowledgeable and passionate professional musicians. MSU Community Music School offers an instrument petting zoo with woodwind and brass instruments.

Happy Hour

From 4-6 pm on Friday, there will be FREE admission to the Turnaround Lounge (for those age 21+). Come on out with friends or come make new ones and enjoy happy hour.

The Turnaround Lounge

Just $10 a day – the Turnaround Lounge is a prime location to enjoy music from both main stages. The lounge offers a variety of beer and wine beverages.
